BEACHWALK CONDOMINIUM ASSOC OF GULFPORT
The Board of Directors for Beachwalk Condominium Association of Gulfport, Inc., is a governing body elected by the members of the association that meets as needed to discuss and budget for any projects or issues with the community and propose solutions to be voted on and implemented.
Our main objectives are to maintain and improve our collective property value, ensure that the grounds are safe, beautiful and functional, and to create harmony among our membership.
We rely on our valuable members to inform us of problems that they see so that we may address them through the proper channels based on our governing documents and to prevent discord among the members.
If you see something that needs to be addressed, please email one of the board members or management with supporting information and if at all possible, a proposed solution based on the guidelines in the governing documents.
The Board appreciates your continued cooperation in advancing our goals.
