We understand the importance of communicating the association’s activities, records, and financials to owners. The Resident Portal allows owners to view their account ledger, submit work orders, view upcoming and prior meeting records, and much more. It is a great resource and tool for owners to access 24/7. The system is user-friendly and easy to sign into. However, if you should have any trouble logging in, please contact the support team to walk you through the process.

***Owners have access to the association’s minutes, financials, and other association records through their resident portal. If you are listing a home or looking to purchase and need a copy of the records, please contact the owner or seller’s agent to provide the information to you.***
COMMONLY ASKED QUESTIONS FOR SALES AND LEASING
Please be sure to read the association Documents to fully understand the restrictions and responsibilities in place for the association.
The below is only a quick reference and guideline.
OCCUPANCY
- Each condominium unit shall be used exclusively as a one (1) family unit with a maximum of 4 persons unless specified in the lease.
- No business, trade or hobby that entails the sale of goods or serves shall be permitted to be conducted therein or thereon.
- Temporary houseguests and visitors shall occupy one unit for no more than thirty (30) days in any one calendar year.
PARKING
- Vehicles must be parked in designated spaces in front of the complex
PETS
- No pets other than small household dogs or cats are permitted. No aggressive breeds are permitted.
- Pets may not weigh more than 30 lbs. each
- No more than one pet per unit.
SALE

11.2) Transfers Subject to Approval.
(a) Sale. No Unit Owner may dispose of a Unit or any interest therein by sale or other transfer without the approval of the Association, except for the Developer.
(b) Gift, Devise or Inheritance. If any Unit Owner shall acquire title by gift, devise or inheritance or other means of transfer not herein set forth, the continuance of the ownership of the Unit shall be subject to the approval of the Association.
LEASING

Leasing. Entire Units only may be leased or rented, provided the occupancy is only by the Lessee and/or his family, his servants and guests. No unit shall be leased or rented for less than 30 continuous days.
Lease, Rental or Occupancy in the Absence of the Owners. No Unit Owner may lease, rent or allow the Unit to be occupied in the Owner’s absence without the approval of the Association.
SIGNS
Signs. No signs of any type shall be displayed anywhere on the Condominium property without the express permission of the Board of Directors of the Association.
